The Old Curio, set within a beautifully renovated former cooperative building in Sherburn, Durham, is a true hidden gem run by a passionate family business. Blending antiques, furniture, and a delightful dining experience, it offers a full day out in a setting bursting with charm. The décor is thoughtfully designed to highlight its vintage appeal, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. Visitors can browse an eclectic mix of items before enjoying a delicious meal, all within a space that feels both characterful and welcoming.
There are parking opportunities outside of The Old Curio building itself, alternatively there is a small car park opposite the building and another car park just a little further up the hill from our building.
The café and furniture shop are both located on the ground floor and offer step-free access. Please note that the antique centre is not currently suitable for wheelchair users or visitors who require step-free access.
